  | In a world separated from the Narutoverse by the mists, the Fae have dwelled far from humanity since the dawn of time, content to dismiss their unequal counterparts as beneath their acknowledgement. Recent events have turned their attention beyond the divide, however. The Great War has ravaged what was once the pinnacle of beauty, leaving the few survivors left to pick through the ashes. Both sides recognize the stalemate that has come to pass. Neither side wanting to admit defeat, their sheer lack of numbers necessitates that they now look beyond themselves to finish it.
This game calls for new pawns. Good thing for the Fae, there are a host of them to choose from. |  | Each character will stumble upon a world beyond their greatest imagining, alone on the moors with an ink quill that never dries and a notebook they cannot recall coming into their possession. Half will eventually find themselves in a post-apocalyptic city that seems at first deserted of all life. Broken glass and bombed out steel buildings stretch for miles, but they will soon learn that they are not alone. If by luck they come to the perimeter of the city, any hope of leaving is dashed by the moorlands separating the city from the forest.
From the other side, the other half sees the same impassable moors. Walk deeper into the woods, and they will find the skeletons of burnt trees, no birds or wildlife to speak of. But they too are not alone. |  | | When you first arrive in Mýrlendi, notice that your journal contains unique instructions. Try to ignore said instructions and trek out on your own and you will find yourself right back where you started. Those with good sense will obey. At your destination, you will find two other people you are to team up with for Mission Number One. |  |
